The Company
Packaging and much more.co.uk is owned and operated by Cotswold Packaging Group Ltd, Westmead Drive, Westmead Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 5YT whose company registration is 2868549. Our VAT registration is 421 1523 08. The conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the law of England, as applied to retail and trade accounts.

Acceptance of Orders
We have endeavoured to accurately describe/illustrate the products. It remains the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the goods for the required application.
CPG Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages including, but not restricted to damages which may arise from loss of anticipated profits, or production from increased cost of operation or spillage of material.
An accepted order for this equipment or goods shall be non-cancellable except upon mutual agreement.

Prices
All prices exclude VAT which we be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of dispatch. If a price mistake is discovered pertaining to your order prior to dispatch you will be contacted. You will then have the choice of accepting the corrected offer, ordering another product, or cancelling your order.

Payment
When you place the order we take the payment. We use secure payment methods so your details will be totally secure. All credit cards and numbers are encrypted.Cheques should be in sterling made payable to
Cotswold Packaging Group Ltd. All cheques must have the cheque card guarantee number written on the back. Payment must be received and the cheques cleared before any goods are dispatched

Contract
Once payment of the goods is authorised by your bank or other party, a contract will exist between Cotswold and you the customer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you, obviously we will contact you to discuss it further.

Credit Card Security
For your protection , delivery should be to the address to where the credit card is billed, if this is not the case you must inform us.

Delivery
Delivery charges where applicable will be quoted and acknowledged by email or in writing.
Please advise us if there are any delivery concerns or restricted entry, restricted times of delivery. If we need to arrange a 2nd delivery of the product there will be additional charges.

Damages
Any claims must be registered with Cotswold Packaging Group Ltd in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellations/Returns
All cancellations or returns must be made in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date/time. You must also pay carriage costs to return the goods to our Swindon warehouse.
Once they arrive with us they will be inspected and if found to be of pre sale condition you will be offered a credit note subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original cost.

Product Availability
We have a very wide range of products, and our stock does obviously fluctuate. Should we find that we are out of stock we will contact you and advise when the goods will be available and at what cost.

Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will only use your personal details for our own business purposes, we will not pass your details to any third party companies.
